Title of Article: The World in Numbers: Bulgaria

Summary:
The article discusses the ruling parties fall, and just how they were knocked down. They were destroyed by the 2014 elections to the European Parliament which also ruined then Prime Minister Plamen Orsharski's reputation. That later ended up to his resignation and the troubles of the incoming government. The numbers dropped and things were not looking well for the politics surrounding Bulgaria.
Personal Thoughts:
I personally don't understand why the elections to the European Parliament were the reason of the domino effect. I do however have a little background information of Plamen Oresharki and completely approve of his resignation. His proposed cabinet was not received well and no later did the fourth biggest bank in Bulgaria go bankrupt. Oresharski just couldn't seem to control things and the people were very upset and the economy was falling so I understand his need to resign. It was too bad that the main sufferer of Oresharski being in office was the economy and the government.
Ties to the Political Life:
The political life is obviously going to be greatly affected by the economy downfall and the unrest in the people. The trust of the government is down and the "policymakers" are no happy about it. The government will have to work very hard to rebuild that trust and to rebuild the economy or it could all come crashing down. It will not be easy to restore the faith and it probably will never be completely restored for a very long time, but they have to start somewhere right? The government under Borisov has been slightly improved so I guess we will see where is goes from there.
